Online payments are accepted using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in USD (or any other agreed currencies). Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the Client’s monthly statement.


ABOU NAJA Intellectual Property cannot and will not deal or render any services or products to the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctioned countries in compliance with the UAE law.

  • All expenses related to bank, shipping, translation (application and legal documents), and local legalization are to be borne by the client, and therefore non-refundable.
  • For trademark processing, all unpaid official fees excluding bank charges are refundable.
  • For utility patent, design patent, and copyright processing, paid fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted.
