UAE

The UAE Trademark Office has been officially inaugurated in 1972. Ever since, the UAE Government has diligently exhibited unyielding dedication to developing and enforcing Intellectual Property Rights. Today, the UAE is considered an integral member of the World Trade Organization and is also a guarantor of the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property. A move that has been highly welcomed by both local and international investors.
