Sales/Growth Executive – English & Arabic

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are looking for a motivated Sales/Growth Executive to drive business growth in the UAE and international markets (GCC, Europe, UK, US). This role involves owning the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, while building strong client relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities locally and internationally.
  • Generate leads through outreach, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospect → qualify → propose → negotiate → close.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and account portfolios.
  • Conduct client due diligence and coordinate internally with operations/legal teams.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years B2B sales or business development experience.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones.
  • Energetic, self-driven, and target-oriented mindset.

Preferred: Experience in professional services, consulting, or international sales; familiarity with CRM tools; success in cold outreach.
